Pennylane is a fast-growing French fintech (€400M raised, 1000+ employees) building the financial operating system for SMEs and accounting firms across Europe. This Senior IT Support Administrator role is hybrid-based in Paris, supporting a distributed, growth-stage team across Europe.
You will own multiple IT operations pillars: helpdesk support (ticketing, training) for Paris and remote teams; onboarding/offboarding of employees, contractors, and freelancers (equipment provisioning, software setup, security protocols); IT security compliance monitoring (alerts, policy enforcement, shadow hardware detection); software administration (access management, account creation, rights auditing across SaaS tools); and training delivery (security awareness, tool proficiency, knowledge base development).
Ideal candidate has prior IT Support Administrator experience in high-growth, SaaS-heavy environments. You are comfortable with Apple ecosystems, Google Workspace, MDM tools (Jamf), and ticketing systems. You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, solve problems autonomously, and care deeply about security and compliance (ISO 27001 / SOC 2 experience is a plus). Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
