Extreme Reach is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to serve as a Tier 3 escalation point and infrastructure owner for a global creative operations platform. In this role, you will manage hybrid identity and cloud infrastructure, administer Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, and provide technical leadership across IT operations.
Key responsibilities include administering and monitoring hybrid Active Directory environments (Azure AD/Entra ID, GPOs, DNS, DHCP), managing cloud infrastructure services (AWS, WorkSpaces, EC2), and maintaining M365 tenant configuration and security compliance. You will administer M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Defender/Purview. You'll develop PowerShell scripts, utilize Power Automate and Graph API for workflow automation, and act as Tier 3 support for help desk incidents covering local, remote, and global end-users.
Additional responsibilities include supporting endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), maintaining enterprise applications (Jira, Confluence), owning infrastructure and software projects, and creating knowledge base documentation to drive IT process improvements.
Required qualifications include 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, deep expertise in hybrid Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access. You must have hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux Server environments, advanced PowerShell and Bash scripting ability, cloud proficiency in AWS and Azure, and solid understanding of compliance tools and endpoint security management. Strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving capabilities, ability to collaborate across global teams, and fluency in English are essential. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required.
