As a Senior iOS Engineer on the mobile team, you will develop native iOS solutions for digital banking products, partnering cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift with strong focus on performance, scalability, and usability. Key responsibilities include architecting robust, maintainable solutions aligned with best practices; participating in feature planning and technical design; identifying and resolving complex product and performance issues; maintaining code quality through testing and code reviews; writing and maintaining unit tests; keeping the codebase current with evolving iOS platforms and frameworks; maintaining CI/CD pipelines; documenting systems and processes; mentoring junior engineers; and staying current with emerging iOS technologies and trends.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years professional software development experience, including 5+ years focused on iOS development
- Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, etc.)
- Proven experience designing, building, and shipping high-quality, scalable iOS applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, VIPER, etc.) and best practices
- Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party libraries
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and building intuitive user experiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver projects end-to-end
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and improving team code quality
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, design, and backend teams
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and balance trade-offs in fast-paced environments
- Solid experience with testing practices (unit testing, UI testing, TDD) and maintaining high code quality standards
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
- Track record of success in high-growth or startup environments, demonstrating ownership and adaptability
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and collaborative mindset
- Experience with modern AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
