Signifyd is a fraud prevention and commerce trust platform trusted by thousands of merchants across 100+ countries. As Senior Implementations Manager, you will own the complete technical relationship for Enterprise and Strategic merchants from technical win through go-live, serving as the primary technical point of contact for full integration.
You will validate technical designs and data requirements defined during pre-sales, partnering with Solutions Architects to ensure seamless handoffs. You'll own finalization of technical designs that both merchant and Signifyd agree on, resolving gaps before implementation begins. Leading merchant technical teams or system integrators through design, development, and testing phases, you'll set the pace, catch problems early, and keep both sides aligned on deliverables.
The role requires hands-on familiarity with API integrations and common ecommerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce, Shopify), with judgment to apply that knowledge to diverse merchant stacks. You'll own timely delivery of key integration milestones, define success criteria, and confirm they're met.
Communication and cross-functional partnership are critical. You'll communicate integration status across project teams with regular updates on dates, risks, and mitigation plans. You'll flag when business sponsors or C-suite involvement is needed and brief leadership. You'll maintain clean onboarding portfolios with transparent CRM updates, collaborate with internal teams to resolve roadblocks, and work cross-functionally to improve the onboarding experience across Risk, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
You'll contribute to process improvement, understanding Signifyd's implementation methodology well enough to build on it, streamline it, and institutionalize practices that increase team speed and efficiency. You'll share knowledge, document what works, and help teammates skip problems you've already solved. You'll become a subject matter expert whose knowledge strengthens the team and business. You'll embody collaborative culture—when teammates are slammed, you lighten the load; when you have capacity, you offer help. You'll onboard new team members as their buddy, supporting their first merchant conversations and helping them build technical skills.
