Vic.ai is seeking a Senior Implementations Consultant to lead and enhance the customer onboarding experience for their enterprise platform. This hybrid role (2–3 days per week in Miami office) focuses on developing and executing scalable implementation strategies that ensure enterprise customers achieve successful Go-Live readiness.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from deal close through full customer adoption. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing implementation frameworks with scalable processes, templates, and best practices for enterprise-level implementations. You'll manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, lead cross-functional collaboration with integrations, product, sales engineering, and customer success teams, and drive execution of go-live projects including planning, resource allocation, communication, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
You will champion customer success by establishing strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive adoption and satisfaction. This includes ensuring change management best practices, guiding customers through transitions, and aligning expectations with deliverables. You'll monitor and resolve project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you'll standardize best practices by partnering with Operations to develop implementation standards and support partner-led implementation models.
Success in this role requires 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software implementations, preferably in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You need a strong track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders, experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements, and demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and project execution. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. You should have exceptional organizational and time-management skills capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, and leadership-level presence to confidently engage with and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; PMP certification is a plus. Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software tools and platforms are important.
