Restaurant365 is a SaaS platform serving the restaurant industry with cloud-based accounting and back-office operations software. The Senior Implementation Specialist is a key expert within the Professional Services team, responsible for delivering high-touch, high-complexity onboarding experiences for strategic, enterprise-level, and multi-unit restaurant group customers.
This role combines advanced solution knowledge, project leadership, and customer relationship management to ensure implementations are executed efficiently, drive rapid adoption, and establish the foundation for long-term customer success. You will partner closely with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to design and execute tailored onboarding plans that address unique customer workflows, integrations, and operational structures.
Beyond direct delivery, this role serves as a mentor and quality benchmark for other Implementation Specialists, helping raise the bar on consistency, methodology, and customer experience across the team. You will be responsible for managing complex, multi-phase implementations for the company's most important customers, ensuring smooth transitions and rapid time-to-value.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SaaS implementation, restaurant operations or accounting domain knowledge, and a track record of successfully managing high-complexity customer engagements. You should be comfortable mentoring junior team members, establishing best practices, and serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers during critical onboarding phases.
