AlayaCare is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming home healthcare delivery. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will lead the delivery phase of complex cloud-based implementations for US-based customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deployment process.
You will own key implementation workstreams, guiding customers through configuration, training, and testing phases. Your responsibilities include partnering with Professional Services Consultants to identify risks and build project plans aligned to customer processes and goals. You'll manage project execution by tracking progress, maintaining scope clarity, and keeping plans current with product updates.
A critical part of the role is designing and delivering customer-specific training programs that drive product adoption, including both on-site and remote sessions using adult learning best practices. You'll support customer enablement through AlayaCare University by facilitating setup, monitoring engagement, and responding to learner questions.
You'll lead workflow reviews, provide implementation guidance leveraging your platform knowledge, and drive strong outcomes through product adoption and user engagement. The role requires building and sharing expertise in specific products, markets, or best practices while contributing to team upskilling. You'll maintain compliance with internal processes and travel as needed for on-site customer work.
You bring 3–5 years of experience with at least 3+ years in SaaS, ideally on complex implementations. You have 2+ years in customer-facing roles with a track record of building collaborative relationships. Strong training and facilitation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and clear communication are essential. You're proactive, analytical, and solution-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with project and collaboration tools (Mavenlink, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk or similar) is valued. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with willingness to travel.
