OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery at scale across all 50 US states. As Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will own the delivery control system for customer implementations, managing a portfolio of concurrent go-lives while personally leading strategic account implementations from post-sale through launch and stabilization.
You will convert approved scope into integrated project plans with clear milestones, accountable owners, dependencies, and decision gates. You'll establish and control critical paths, run implementation governance (kickoffs, workstream reviews, status meetings, risk reviews, readiness gates, executive steering committees), and maintain credible baselines with updated forecasts as scope or capacity changes. You own the change-control process, ensuring schedule and launch impact are understood before new work enters the plan.
Key responsibilities include identifying material risks early and driving mitigation plans with named owners; tracking customer, vendor, and internal dependencies through resolution; leading implementation-specific client communication while partnering with Customer Success on broader relationships; coordinating UAT planning (participants, schedule, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, retesting, sign-off); maintaining launch-readiness views with required evidence and approvals; facilitating evidence-based go/no-go decisions; and coordinating launch, stabilization, and clean transitions to support teams.
You'll surface shared-resource conflicts and demand forecasts to leadership with sequencing options; keep the project-management system current as the source of truth; and identify recurring portfolio problems to recommend PMO improvements. Success requires creating control, accountability, and predictability across teams that don't report to you, communicating risk proactively, and maintaining discipline around critical paths, baselines, scope, and decision rights.
Required: 5+ years in project/program management within B2B software, healthcare tech, or technology-enabled services; direct ownership of customer implementations from post-sale through launch; experience managing multiple concurrent implementations or complex strategic accounts; strong integrated planning, critical-path, RAID, and change-control skills; client governance and executive steering committee leadership; UAT, defect triage, launch-readiness, and cutover coordination; project-management fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, identity, environments, and security reviews; partnership with implementation engineers without assuming their responsibilities; strong executive communication; high data discipline in reporting systems.
Preferred: healthcare, digital health, or regulated-industry background; EMR or clinical-workflow implementation experience; pharmacy, lab, credentialing, or multi-state operational coordination; professional-services or client-delivery environment experience with clear PM/technical separation; tiered delivery model experience.
