As a Senior Implementation Consultant reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will be a core member of the go-to-market team, responsible for delivering best-in-class customer onboarding experiences through Fieldguide's proprietary Accelerator program. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure new customers achieve rapid time-to-value and maximize ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining trust with customers through regular engagement cadences from sales handoff through value realization
- Creating and executing implementation plans aligned with customer goals, tracking progress, and adapting as needed
- Identifying and cultivating customer champions, growing their product knowledge and adoption
- Serving as the customer advocate internally, communicating needs to engineering, product, and other teams to shape roadmap and processes
- Proactively identifying implementation risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Documenting customer success through case studies, use cases, and measurable outcomes
You bring 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits (including SOX testing and internal controls documentation) OR 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup. You demonstrate strong project management skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You are mission-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate combines deep audit/financial services domain expertise with proven consulting and customer success experience.
