Zenoti is a cloud-based SaaS platform serving the beauty and wellness industry, powering over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios across 50+ countries. The company has achieved unicorn status ($1B+ valuation) and recently raised $80M from TPG.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead the successful deployment of Zenoti's platform for enterprise and high-priority customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Configuring and customizing Zenoti to align with customer business processes and workflows
• Designing and executing proof-of-concept and pilot programs for large, strategic accounts
• Managing end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into Zenoti
• Identifying implementation risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining satisfaction throughout the engagement
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to organizational processes and SLAs
• Coordinating cross-functional internal teams to meet customer requirements while managing expectations
• Staying current with product features, business flows, and market dynamics
You will need 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing software systems, with demonstrated expertise in data transformation, system validation, and migration. Technical skills include proficiency in MS Excel, database systems, data mapping, and scripting/tools for data transformation. HTML/web design knowledge is a plus. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. A technology-centric background is essential.
