As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead the successful deployment of Zenoti's platform for enterprise and high-priority customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Configuring and customizing Zenoti to align with customer business processes
• Designing and executing proof-of-concept and pilot programs for large, strategic customers
• Managing end-to-end data migration: extracting, transforming, and loading legacy data into Zenoti
• Identifying implementation risks and driving mitigation strategies
• Resolving customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and SLA adherence
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and following organizational processes
• Coordinating cross-functional internal teams to meet customer requirements while managing expectations
• Building and sharing expertise in data migration tools, legacy system structures, and best practices
• Staying current with product features, business workflows, sales processes, and market dynamics
You will work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects, with a focus on data quality and customer success.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing software systems, with demonstrated expertise in data transformation, system validation, and migration tasks
• Deep proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of database systems is a plus
• Ability to use tools and scripts to transform and migrate data
• Experience with data migrations and data mapping
• Ability to develop quality checks and validate data integrity during migrations
• Knowledge of HTML/web design is a plus
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
