Zenoti is a cloud-based SaaS platform serving the beauty and wellness industry, powering over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios across 50+ countries. The company recently achieved unicorn status ($1B+ valuation) and raised $80M from TPG.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead the successful deployment of Zenoti's platform for enterprise and high-priority customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Configuring and customizing Zenoti to align with customer business processes and requirements
• Designing and executing proof-of-concept and pilot programs for large, strategic accounts
• Managing end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems
• Identifying implementation risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Resolving customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and successful go-live
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to organizational processes and SLAs
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (product, support, sales) to meet customer needs while managing expectations
• Building expertise in data migration tools, legacy system architectures, and Zenoti's feature set
• Staying current with product updates, market dynamics, and industry best practices
You will work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent implementations. Success requires strong technical acumen, analytical problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder communication.
Required qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with demonstrated expertise in data transformation, system validation, and migration. Proficiency in MS Excel, database systems knowledge, and ability to write scripts or tools for data transformation. Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate and develop solutions that enhance migration processes. A technology-centric background and ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-project environments.
