Unmind is a mental health technology platform serving enterprise clients including Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, and the NHS. We're seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end client implementation and deployment projects.
In this role, you will be the accountable owner for client launches, platform changes, integrations, and time-critical implementation work. You'll manage the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and planning through configuration, QA, launch, and handover. Your responsibilities include:
• Own client implementation projects end-to-end, maintaining momentum on fixed or commercially important deadlines
• Participate in pre-sales calls to discuss implementation processes and build client confidence
• Demonstrate executive presence with senior client stakeholders (HR, IT, security, benefits leads)
• Configure the platform, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide diagnostic context for escalations
• Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success teams to manage risks and blockers
• Maintain implementation records and handover documentation to reduce single points of failure
• Identify recurring implementation themes and surface improvement opportunities
• Protect client experience during launches and complex changes
• Support Operations and Product Support functions on client-impacting issues
• Enable Operations team members to support implementations
You bring experience owning client-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical project delivery from planning through launch. You have strong project management skills for complex, time-critical work across multiple stakeholder teams. You're comfortable with technical configuration, integrations, QA, and troubleshooting. You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and excel at cross-functional coordination. You demonstrate strong judgment, ownership, and attention to detail in delivery-critical work. You thrive in startup environments with ambiguity and change.
The role is remote-first within the UK with monthly in-person meetings in London. Unmind offers equity, private medical coverage, generous parental leave, 25 days holiday, monthly company-wide Fridays off, flexible working, learning budgets, and free therapy/coaching sessions.
