Rubrik's IT team is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and operate secure workforce identity services for the company's RSC-G environment and commercial instances. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own Okta and SailPoint administration in FedRAMP Moderate/High contexts, implementing strong authentication and authorization controls including MFA, device trust, and network zones. You will integrate SCIM and SSO for SaaS and GovCloud platforms while partnering with InfoSec, Network, CloudOps, and IAM Governance teams to sustain compliance, availability, and audit readiness.
Key responsibilities include developing IAM strategy and security frameworks for enterprise-wide access control; designing IAM solutions for cloud and on-premise environments supporting SSO and identity federation; implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions; automating user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle management; developing IAM policies and automation frameworks aligned with NIST and GDPR; ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IAM systems; implementing identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM); developing robust access controls (RBAC, ABAC); leading User Access Reviews and operationalizing logging for SOX compliance; automating identity workflows using Okta Workflows, APIs, and Terraform; and administering Okta and SailPoint for FedRAMP environments with GovCloud integration.
