Prolific is building the human data infrastructure that powers AI development. As a Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI, you will manage the operational delivery of human data for strategic AI customers, ensuring the right participants are available, verified, and ready to work.
You will work closely with the Human Data Operations Team and customer-facing teams to translate customer requirements into clear operational plans and workflows. Your responsibilities include managing participant pools, running operational projects, tracking supply and quality metrics, and resolving issues as they arise. You'll also identify manual processes and operational bottlenecks, partnering with Product and Engineering to improve or automate them for scalability.
Key responsibilities:
- Convert customer requirements into clear operational plans, workflows and timelines
- Manage participant supply delivery, working closely with Human Data Operations and Delivery teams
- Build and maintain participant pools based on requirements (skills, geography, language, verification, availability)
- Manage participant onboarding, verification and activation for domain experts and AI taskers
- Track participant supply, engagement and quality; take action when performance is off track
- Lead operational projects from planning through delivery, coordinating teams and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation, workflows and enablement materials
- Identify bottlenecks and work with Product and Engineering to improve processes
- Support upskilling, assessment and certification programmes for participants on complex AI tasks
- Act as day-to-day operational point of contact for delivery teams on participant-related issues
- Flag supply gaps, risks and other issues to drive resolution
- Share knowledge and best practices across the Human Data Operations team
Requirements:
- 5+ years proven experience in human data, AI data, workforce, marketplace operations or similar environment
- Experience managing complex projects or operational programmes with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements
- Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing or improving participant, workforce or supply operations (onboarding, verification, quality, activation)
- Comfortable working with operational data and metrics to identify problems and track performance
- Experience improving processes and working with Product, Engineering or technical teams to make operations more efficient and scalable
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively across operational and technical teams
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution
- Familiarity with AI/ML data operations (data labelling, annotation, evaluation, domain-specific task curation)
- Experience with global crowdsourcing, gig-economy or distributed workforce platforms is a plus
- Understanding of Prolific's platform and human data operations is a plus
