Salary: USD 190,000 - 240,000 / annual
Hightouch is hiring a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to design and own the systems infrastructure powering the go-to-market organization. This is a hands-on, broad role spanning Salesforce, quote-to-cash systems, CPQ, pricing, approvals, contracting, billing, GTM tooling, data integrations, and internal applications.
You will own meaningful systems problems end-to-end—from understanding business requirements through architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration. Key responsibilities include leading a major evolution of quote-to-cash infrastructure to support complex enterprise deals (usage-based pricing, multi-product bundles, ramp structures, amendments, custom terms), building internal tooling and automation for Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps teams, and bringing strong engineering practices (testing, version control, monitoring, thoughtful design) to GTM systems.
The role emphasizes AI-native thinking: you'll use AI as a core part of your workflow—writing and testing automation, building internal applications, analyzing systems, migrating data, documenting architecture, and automating operational workflows. You'll work directly with GTM and Finance leaders to understand problems, make tradeoffs, and prioritize what to build next.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years building and owning systems for modern GTM organizations. You are deeply fluent in Salesforce (data models, automation, permissions, integrations, scaling challenges), have meaningful quote-to-cash and CPQ experience, naturally look for AI opportunities in your work, and can move fluidly between technical implementation and conversations with business stakeholders. You care about durability and maintainability—good enough to launch isn't good enough if the system can't be understood or maintained six months later.
