Founded in 2015, Apollo has raised approximately $250 million and is valued at $1.6 billion, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures.
As Senior GTM Enablement Manager for EMEA, you will be Apollo's first dedicated enablement hire in the region, shaping how enablement supports one of the company's most important growth areas. You'll serve as the strategic enablement partner and primary point of contact for EMEA Revenue, bridging global enablement strategy with local field execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partner with EMEA Sales Leadership to diagnose performance opportunities and improve pipeline quality, deal progression, win rates, and field execution across Account Executive and Account Management teams.
• Drive global onboarding in EMEA by partnering with the Global Onboarding Program Manager to deliver Apollo's revenue onboarding program, supporting new hires through their first 90 days, and surfacing regional insights to improve the global program as the company scales.
• Build and deliver ongoing development programs that strengthen seller proficiency, address skill gaps, and establish clear standards for excellence across EMEA Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic teams.
• Translate global GTM strategy and enablement priorities into regional execution, adapting to regional business and market needs.
• Use performance data, call intelligence, field observation, and active deal analysis to identify gaps, deliver targeted interventions, and scale best practices across the organization.
• Enable frontline managers with coaching frameworks, tools, and support to drive team performance and development.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and influence. You'll move comfortably from diagnosing business problems to setting strategy, aligning stakeholders, building solutions, and driving measurable adoption and impact in the field. You'll also partner closely with the North America-based Sales Enablement Manager and global functional partners to maintain consistency and ensure EMEA insights shape broader enablement strategy.
