This role manages the complete speaker journey from confirmation through post-event follow-up, ensuring executives, customers, employees, and partners have a polished, high-touch experience when sharing their stories at Twilio events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the speaker journey across priority global events programs, managing confirmation, onboarding, content readiness, rehearsals, onsite support, and follow-up
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for executives, customers, employees, partners, and internal teams, providing clarity on expectations and support pathways
- Lead content operations across flagship, regional, executive, and internal events, including call-for-sessions workflows, agenda data, speaker records, deck tracking, and production handoffs
- Manage event content systems to ensure approved changes are reflected consistently across all platforms, dashboards, and production documents
- Build and maintain workbacks, communications plans, milestone calendars, rehearsal schedules, templates, and playbooks that keep teams aligned
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Creative, Legal, Developer Network, Sales Enablement, executive offices, and production partners
- Coordinate deck reviews, content deadlines, technical checks, rehearsals, speaker briefings, and readiness milestones
- Lead onsite speaker-support workflows including speaker-ready-room operations, backstage handoffs, and speaker communications
- Identify risks early, solve operational issues, and escalate decisions clearly when needed
- Create consistent, high-touch speaker experiences while managing scale and complexity across a global event portfolio
- Build scalable processes that can be reused across programs and supported by agency partners or future coordinator resources
- Lead post-event retrospectives to turn lessons learned into stronger workflows
This role is ideal for someone who thrives bringing order to complexity, builds trust quickly, and understands that great event experiences are powered by both strong operations and genuine care for speakers and attendees.
