Delinea is a cloud-native identity security platform that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across modern enterprises. The company secures identities across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI systems.
In this Senior Fullstack Web Development Engineer role, you will design and develop a cross-browser web extension using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, communicating with back-end microservices via REST APIs. You'll work within Scrum processes, collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-stack design and development of web extensions with modern front-end technologies
- Implementation and enforcement of coding standards, best practices, linting, testing, and documentation
- Investigation, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in production and development environments
- Performance optimization and improvement initiatives across applications
- Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
- Technical documentation for internal knowledge sharing
- Staying current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
You will work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication with a globally-distributed team. The role emphasizes quality code, problem-solving, and continuous skill development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert-level proficiency with React and its ecosystem (React Query, Hooks, Context, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, accessibility (ARIA), and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience building and maintaining browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox) — strong plus
- Familiarity with REST back-end integration and common software best practices (design patterns, SOLID principles)
- Experience with C#/.NET — plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn, CI/CD pipelines)
- Testing expertise (unit, integration, end-to-end testing)
- Version control proficiency
- Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly read and understand new and existing code
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Familiarity with web-based security principles and best practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Experience with YAML
