As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on Platform Infrastructure, you will build and evolve the shared platform that enables Cyera's teams to develop and operate customer-facing applications. The role spans the full stack with primary focus on backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve shared platform foundations across the data lake, APIs, authentication, and authorization systems
- Improve API foundations by addressing data model and database challenges, reducing boilerplate so teams can focus on business logic
- Design, build, and operate shared infrastructure for customer-facing applications, including cloud infrastructure, webhooks, API gateways, CDNs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Improve availability, stability, and performance across web applications and services through sound architecture, production monitoring, and observability
- Identify, document, and communicate technical improvements; help define clear interfaces, ownership boundaries, and standards across product teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams (backend, QA, infrastructure) and cross-functional partners (product, design, CSE, SA) to understand needs and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Lead and contribute to cross-team engineering initiatives as an individual contributor, clarifying ambiguous goals, breaking work into practical plans, surfacing risks early, and keeping stakeholders informed
