As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features. You'll communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams. You'll advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable software. The role is full-time, hybrid with 1–2 days per week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and innovating full-stack cloud technology solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
- Practicing test-driven development and CI/CD best practices
- Designing and building scalable, high-performance systems
- Communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
- 8 to 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in one or more of: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript
- Experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications
- Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns
- Experience building scalable systems with test-driven CI/CD and commitment to quality software development
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB); comprehensive understanding of SQL vs. NoSQL decision-making
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Demonstrated experience designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective
- Ability to keep up with latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity
Nice to have:
- Experience with NextJS or other front-end technologies
