In this role, you will work as a seasoned full-stack engineer delivering well-scoped product features in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers. You will communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams. You will advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.
This is a full-time, hybrid position with 2 days per week in-office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to support close cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8 to 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in one or more of: Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript, with experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications
- Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns
- Experience building scalable systems with test-driven CI/CD commitment to quality software development
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and comprehensive understanding of SQL vs. NoSQL decision-making
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Demonstrated experience designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective
- Ability to keep up with latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with NextJS or other front-end technologies
