Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 / annual

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll join a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced team designing and building cutting-edge web experiences and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the full stack—from building intuitive product experiences to developing the APIs, services, and systems that power them. You'll serve as both architect and developer, shaping technologies that power Mobi's travel AI products used by world-leading brands. Key responsibilities include: - Develop, test, and maintain scalable MCP and agent applications using modern frameworks and libraries - Build, maintain, and optimize APIs and infrastructure - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance - Review code to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues; implement best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability - Follow best practices for testing and evaluation of agent applications, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing - Stay current with trends, tools, and emerging technologies in computer science and artificial intelligence - Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into simple, reliable experiences The company values diverse perspectives, scrappiness paired with steadiness, transparency, community, and thoughtful impact. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience - Proficiency in Python - Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright) - Proficiency with backend APIs and RESTful services - Experience with AWS compute and storage services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB) - Experience and comfort using AI tools (CodeX, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to automate workflows - Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset - Understanding of MCP and Agent frameworks
