As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design and ship production-grade AI systems end-to-end. You'll architect scalable service and microservice patterns, database schemas, caching layers, and authentication flows. On the front-end, you'll build modern React/TypeScript interfaces; on the back-end, you'll work with Node, Go, or JVM stacks. A core part of the role involves integrating ML model endpoints, managing real-time inference pipelines, and implementing robust error-handling and fallback mechanisms to ensure reliability in production.
You'll drive engineering excellence across the team—leading code reviews, maintaining CI/CD pipeline health, instrumenting observability, and pair-programming with junior engineers to raise the technical bar. You'll also contribute to engineering best practices and advise peers on technical decisions. Collaboration is central: you'll work closely with UX/Product, AI/ML Practice, and ML Ops teams to deliver client solutions that actually get deployed and used.

Requirements:
- 5–8 years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated strength in both modern front-end and cloud-native back-end stacks
- Experience designing and operating systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)
- Solid understanding of security, performance tuning, and API versioning best practices
- Comfortable in dynamic, client-facing environments; startup or consulting experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for building high-impact solutions
- Curious, adaptable mindset and energized by solving complex problems across industries
