You will join the Web Platform team as a Senior Frontend Engineer, serving as architect, designer, and developer across high-impact projects. You will act as a force multiplier, partnering with 8+ product teams to build and scale a robust web-based platform supporting enterprise customers at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute and scale the ongoing microfrontend transition across a massive, complex codebase to ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability
- Support, collaborate with, and mentor engineers across 8+ product teams, ensuring they have platform tools to move fast and build great user experiences
- Champion adoption and integration of AI tools and methodologies to accelerate development across web engineering
- Continuously evaluate and design architecture using next-generation web technologies and frameworks
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments, reduce friction, and improve developer velocity
- Establish and enforce rigorous automated testing standards and quality assurance practices across the platform
- Develop shared core utilities, infrastructure libraries, and architectural patterns enabling faster development, collaborating with the Design System team
This role goes beyond feature development—you will be instrumental in modernizing a massive codebase through microfrontend re-architecture and pioneering AI enablement across all web engineering.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in front-end or platform web development
- Expertise with modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite, etc.
- Proven track record building complex single-page applications (SPAs) with hands-on experience designing or implementing microfrontend architectures
- Infrastructure knowledge: experience configuring, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong background in establishing robust automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and driving overall code quality
- Forward-thinking mindset with experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI into engineering workflows
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
