Roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across the organization. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution, reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the group-wide annual budget and quarterly reforecasting processes across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, continuously improving speed, accuracy, and scalability
- Lead liquidity planning including weekly rolling cash flow forecasts and short- to long-term financial planning, providing management with clear visibility of cash position
- Identify deviations from plan early, analyze underlying drivers, and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business steering
- Drive automation and standardized controlling processes to ensure data, processes, and systems scale with company growth

Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or financial advisory (e.g., Transaction Services)
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with attention to detail and strategic perspective
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with or genuine interest in AI tools and automation
- Demonstrated ownership: ability to run projects end-to-end, navigate ambiguity, and continuously raise performance standards
- Clear communication of complex financial topics to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Fluent English; German is a plus
