As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own planning, reporting, and business partnering work at the heart of a scaling finance function. You will work directly alongside the Senior Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager, sitting at the intersection of finance, commercial, and operational teams. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with genuine scope to influence how the company plans, reports, and partners with the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning & Forecasting: Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes, coordinating inputs across the business and stress-testing assumptions. Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario planning, headcount modelling, and long-range forecasting. Translate financial plans into actionable targets for commercial and operational teams. Continuously improve forecast accuracy and support board and investor reporting cycles.
Reporting & Analysis: Own headcount and financial models, leading report creation for executive leadership with clear, decision-ready narrative. Produce variance commentary explaining what happened, why, and business implications. Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks. Track and report on SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, cohort performance). Partner with Finance Systems Lead on reporting infrastructure and support investor-facing outputs.
Business Partnering: Support commercial, product, and operational teams with financial insight and analysis. Understand sales pipeline and revenue performance. Support hiring decisions and headcount planning with clear financial analysis. Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support across the business.
AI & Automation: Use AI tools actively to accelerate reconciliations, automate analyses, clean and validate data, and turn manual processes into repeatable workflows. Partner with Finance Systems Lead to identify and embed automation across FP&A. Evaluate AI-powered FP&A tooling and share knowledge with the broader finance team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong foundation in FP&A, ideally in SaaS or high-growth technology businesses
- AI-native working style; use AI tools day-to-day to sharpen analysis and automate tasks
- Fluent in SaaS commercial metrics and business model dynamics (ARR, NRR, churn, cohort economics, unit economics)
- Build clean, well-structured models that are actually used by stakeholders
- Tell clear stories with data; write crisp variance commentary and present confidently to senior audiences
- Natural business partner who builds relationships and adds value beyond numbers
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and delivering without constant direction
- Clear communication with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Intellectually curious and self-motivated
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with dedicated FP&A and forecasting platforms
- Exposure to investor relations or fundraising processes
