Precision for Medicine, a clinical research organization specializing in oncology and rare disease, is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate to join its European team. This fully remote role supports the Feasibility Department in delivering pre-award, post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility projects for biotech and pharma clients.
Key responsibilities include conducting pre-award feasibility analysis for RFPs, including competitive analysis, historical recruitment trends, standards of care, drug analysis, epidemiology, and site/country assessments. You will review clinical protocols and study assumptions for US and global trials, present findings to business development and clients, and interface with internal colleagues, external consultants, and partner networks. The role involves feasibility site outreach, participation in BD and client calls, and collaboration with patient advocacy groups.
For post-award projects, you will deliver feasibility analyses aligned with study and client requirements, engage stakeholders to support recruitment and study success, and analyze site data for enrollment modeling and study strategy development.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences with minimum 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis and site identification. You must demonstrate proficiency in English (professional level), strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced MS Office and data platform competency, and knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
