Precision for Medicine, a clinical research organization specializing in oncology and rare disease, is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate to join its European team. This fully remote role supports the Feasibility Department in delivering pre-award, post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility projects for biotech and pharma clients.
Key responsibilities include conducting pre-award feasibility analysis for RFPs, including competitive analysis, recruitment forecasting, standards of care review, drug analysis, epidemiology, and site/country assessment. You will review clinical protocols and study assumptions for US and global trials, present findings to business development and clients, and interface with internal colleagues, external consultants, and partner networks to gather feasibility intelligence.
For post-award projects, you will deliver feasibility analysis aligned with study requirements, engage patient advocacy groups and site networks to support recruitment and study success, and analyze site data to inform site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis and site identification. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, data platforms, and ICH-GCP knowledge. A postgraduate degree is preferred. You will work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with execution excellence.
