Precision for Medicine, a clinical research organization specializing in oncology and rare disease, is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate to join its European team. This fully remote role supports the Feasibility Department across multiple European countries (UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia).
The role encompasses three primary areas: pre-award feasibility analysis, post-award project support, and site identification. In pre-award work, you will conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses for RFPs, including competitive analysis, recruitment modeling, standards of care review, drug analysis, epidemiology assessment, and site/country evaluation. You will review clinical protocols and study assumptions for US and global trials, present findings to business development and client teams, and conduct site outreach. You'll collaborate with internal colleagues, external consultants, and partners to gather and share feasibility intelligence.
For post-award support, you will deliver feasibility analyses aligned with study and client requirements, engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support recruitment and study success, and analyze site data to inform site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis and site identification. You must demonstrate proficiency in English at a professional level. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Key competencies include strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, advanced proficiency with MS Office and data platforms, attention to detail, knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
