Salary: USD 105,000 - 150,000 / annual
Motive is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role combines executive support with team leadership, requiring a highly organized, proactive professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will serve as a trusted partner to C-level leadership, managing executive calendars, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and acting as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include anticipating executive needs, preparing materials and context in advance, coordinating across time zones with senior stakeholders, managing high-priority and time-sensitive requests with strong judgment and discretion, planning and executing team offsites and events, and maintaining organizational documents such as org charts and distribution lists.
Critically, you will lead Motive's Pakistan-based technical EA team that supports VPs and senior directors across the global Product and Technology organizations. This includes setting coverage models, establishing service standards, developing career development paths, and bringing consistent standards and single-point ownership to administrative operations across R&D. You'll also support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed, while upholding the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably as a lead in a fast-paced or startup environment, including experience supporting C-level executives
- 2+ years of people management experience, ideally leading an EA or administrative team; experience managing a globally distributed team is strongly preferred given the team's presence in Pakistan
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Ability to handle interruptions while maintaining focus and follow-through
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize effectively
