UiPath is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the ANZ Go-To-Market leadership team. This is a strategic role that goes beyond calendar management—you'll operate as a true business partner to senior executives (VP+ level), understanding their priorities deeply enough to make judgment calls on their behalf, represent their voice in cross-functional settings, and anticipate business needs before they arise.
You'll manage complex, globally distributed calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate high-visibility logistics including executive offsites, customer events, board meetings, and all-hands gatherings. You'll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product to keep strategic initiatives and operational rhythms moving forward, serving as a connective layer that surfaces issues and drives alignment.
A key aspect of this role is leveraging modern AI tools—ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot—to streamline scheduling, communications, research, meeting preparation, and workflows. You'll build lightweight systems and templates that improve how the executive and broader organization operate, and mentor other Executive Assistants on AI-enabled best practices.
You'll also oversee domestic and international travel coordination with exceptional attention to detail and contingency planning, manage expenses and budgets in alignment with business priorities, and build trusted relationships across the GTM organization.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years supporting C-level or senior executives (VP+) in fast-paced, global organizations. You demonstrate strong business acumen, exceptional judgment and discretion, and a proven track record of acting as a strategic business partner—not just a scheduler. You're comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in fast-moving environments, and have experience planning and executing high-profile executive meetings, customer events, and leadership summits.
