Dataiku, a Platform for AI Success, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Florian Douetteau. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO, positioned at the center of the CEO's office. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the CEO's daily calendar, expenses, and complex multi-region travel logistics across time zones - Coordinating customer and prospect meetings during CEO travel, liaising with regional teams and building itineraries - Owning board and committee meeting logistics, including scheduling, day-of coordination, and board portal management - Pre-reading and quality-checking briefing materials for customer meetings, board sessions, and speaking engagements - Partnering with the Office of the CEO to support executive committee meeting preparation - Taking accurate meeting minutes and ensuring action items cascade to appropriate stakeholders - Planning and executing large-scale events with global stakeholders, including leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, and external summits - Supporting executive and senior hiring processes: NDA coordination, interview scheduling, debrief management, and offer logistics - Managing supplier relationships, invoicing, and PO administration for the CEO's office - Traveling as needed to support key events and coordination moments Required qualifications: - 10+ years of executive assistant experience, including direct CEO or senior C-suite support at a company of meaningful scale - Cross-departmental operating experience with understanding of supporting someone whose calendar spans the entire business - Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize under ambiguity; anticipates needs and exercises strong judgment on escalation - Proven experience managing complex international travel across multiple time zones - Track record planning large-scale global events end-to-end - Experience with meeting minutes and information cascade to appropriate audiences - Board meeting logistics and materials coordination experience - Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion - Excellent prioritization and follow-through under high-volume, time-sensitive demands - Polished written and verbal communication for interactions with board members, executives, and external partners Nice-to-haves: familiarity with board portal tools (e.g., Boardvantage) and French language skills.
