Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 VPs within the Chief Administrative Officer's office. You will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing complex executive operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and coordinating complex travel arrangements for multiple VP-level executives
- Scoping and coordinating critical cross-functional projects and special assignments, prioritizing tasks, gaining stakeholder cooperation, and ensuring timely completion with minimal oversight
- Planning and executing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Serving as a representative of the Executives with internal and external clients
- Maintaining executive schedules and acting as the primary point of contact for calendar access
- Identifying opportunities to create new processes and systems to support executive needs
- Producing reports on various topics by liaising with senior leadership and business members
- Drafting and revising memos, emails, agendas, notes, reports, presentations, and communications to the highest quality standards
- Planning, executing, overseeing, and facilitating logistical aspects of on-site VIP meetings and events, including agenda preparation and presentation materials coordination
- Managing sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, particularly decisions with significant operational impact
- Arranging travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all related correspondence for executives

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting VP to C-Suite level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proven ability to balance multi-departmental projects from conception to execution with little to no supervision
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; approachable style and ability to effectively interface with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates both internal and external
- Strong organizational and time management skills; proven experience multitasking and working with multiple people and priorities while delivering high-quality results and follow-through
- Demonstrates curiosity and desire to understand executive needs
- Highly trustworthy with ability to exercise sound discretion and function under highly ambiguous direction with constantly changing requirements
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proficient in scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Experience as a project manager is highly preferred
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
