Salary: USD 108,000 - 130,000 / annual
Rocket Lab is an end-to-end space company delivering responsive launch services, spacecraft design and manufacturing, payloads, and satellite components. The company's Electron rocket is the second most frequently launched U.S. rocket annually and has delivered over 230 satellites to orbit. Rocket Lab is developing Neutron, a medium-lift reusable launch vehicle, and its Space Systems business designs satellites and components selected for NASA missions to the Moon and Mars.
As Senior ERP Business Analyst I, you will be based at Rocket Lab's Long Beach headquarters and join a global team supporting ERP users and developing supply chain and manufacturing solutions. You will report to the ERP Team Lead and ERP Manager, working alongside other business analysts in the US and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include: delivering support to global supply chain and manufacturing teams using Rocket Lab's LN ERP systems; designing and deploying new ERP solutions and improvements to existing systems; developing deep expertise in Rocket Lab's ERP systems to become an application expert; enabling LN ERP rollout across the company and supporting the LN Cloud migration project; ensuring global ERP and business process standards are maintained and improved; and building partnerships with operations and engineering teams.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or computer science; 5+ years supporting ERP manufacturing and supply chain users in hi-tech industries; 5+ years designing, developing, and delivering ERP improvements and solutions for manufacturing and supply chain requirements in hi-tech industries.
Desirable qualifications include Infor LN or equivalent tier-1 ERP system experience, supply chain professional background, supply chain certifications, SQL coding experience, and aerospace and defense industry experience.
The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer work, with occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
