Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst I to join its IT team at the Long Beach headquarters. This role supports Rocket Lab's global supply chain and manufacturing operations through the Infor LN ERP system.
You will be part of a global ERP team (US and New Zealand) reporting to the ERP Team Lead and ERP Manager. Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver expert-level support to global supply chain and manufacturing teams using Rocket Lab's LN ERP systems
• Design and deploy new ERP solutions and improvements to existing systems, working alongside other business and support analysts
• Develop deep technical knowledge of Rocket Lab's ERP systems to become an application expert
• Enable rollout of LN ERP systems across Rocket Lab and support the business in its LN Cloud migration project
• Establish and improve global ERP and business process standards
• Build partnerships with operations and engineering teams across the organization
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or computer science
• 5+ years of proven experience supporting ERP manufacturing and supply chain users in high-tech industries
• 5+ years of proven business analyst experience designing, developing, and delivering ERP improvements and solutions for manufacturing and supply chain requirements in high-tech industries
Desired qualifications include Infor LN or equivalent tier-1 ERP system experience, supply chain professional background, supply chain certifications, SQL coding experience, and aerospace and defense industry experience.
