Adyen is seeking a Senior EPM Solution Architect to own the company's supply chain planning, inventory, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) models within Pigment. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, enterprise data, and advanced systems modeling, serving as a founding technical member of the internal Planning Center of Excellence.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining core supply chain models (S&OP, Demand & Supply Planning, Terminal Registry, Lifecycle Tracking, Stock Visibility); partnering with implementation consultants during the IMS project build phases to configure logic and translate complex supply chain rules into scalable multi-dimensional Pigment models; identifying and fixing recurring discrepancies in inventory tracking by tracing issues through data pipelines and warehouse APIs in partnership with the Data Engineering team; owning and modifying supply chain routing rules, serial attributes, and forecasting parameters post-implementation to ensure organizational self-sufficiency; designing training resources and upskilling demand and supply planners to become Level 2 model builders; and establishing advanced scenario simulation models to stress-test the supply chain against global market disruptions.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations planning, business intelligence, or systems-focused roles. Required qualifications include deep understanding of core supply chain dynamics (S&OP, lead times, safety stock, inventory valuation, warehouse logistics); hands-on experience with Pigment or Anaplan (or other multi-dimensional planning tools like Adaptive, Jedox, TM1); strong data skills including dataset structuring, complex business logic validation, automated system validation controls, and SQL; platform architecture mindset focused on system performance, scalability, governance, and user experience; excellent communication ability to distill complex supply chain logic into intuitive planning screens; and familiarity with AI models and daily AI usage.
