Omada Health is seeking a Senior EPD Operations Manager to orchestrate Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams in delivering major, complex initiatives with cohesion and reliability. This role operates above individual workstreams, aligning multiple teams around clear member and business value while partnering closely with Product Managers to translate strategic decisions into executable launch plans with strong sequencing, risk visibility, and executive communication.
You will bring strong technical program leadership combined with deep understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design teams work, their dependencies, and architecture, while maintaining awareness of member, customer, and business needs. Operating at a Sr. Manager-level individual contributor scope, you own planning, metrics, operations, and cross-functional coordination for major initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: providing operational rigor behind integrated EPD launch plans for large, complex, highly technical initiatives spanning multiple teams; operating above individual workstreams to align Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; maintaining high-confidence visibility of status, risks, and dependencies across workstreams; driving teams to plan ahead and execute against roadmap with accountability; guiding cross-functional leadership through planning and resourcing trade-offs; refining rituals and cadences around metrics monitoring and team-level planning; building tools and processes to help EPD teams deliver against business goals; helping teams define, instrument, and report against quantitative goals and OKRs; connecting execution signals to business outcomes; serving as key liaison across Engineering, Product, Design, Clinical, Care Delivery, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Infosec, and Privacy; facilitating integrated planning, dependency reviews, readiness checkpoints, and retrospectives; and surfacing trade-offs and recommendations to leadership.
Required qualifications: 7+ years in product/technical program management, product management, general management, consulting, or product/business operations; excellent written and oral communication with executive presence; ability to see the big picture and drive toward it while diving into detail when needed; demonstrated experience owning cross-team execution rigor on technically complex, multi-team initiatives; experience guiding teams to define goals, generate hypotheses, set metrics, execute, review, and pivot; demonstrated experience defining and reporting against quantitative goals/OKRs/metrics; strong understanding of how Engineering, Product, and Design organizations operate including roadmap planning and dependencies; and enough technical depth to partner credibly with engineers and technical leads.
