Invisible Technologies is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead operational delivery of complex, high-stakes enterprise AI deployments. This is a strategic operations role at the intersection of commercial alignment, technical project management, and high-velocity execution.
You will own end-to-end operational delivery of Invisible's most strategic enterprise engagements, serving as the critical operational bridge between the commercial team, C-suite clients, and internal engineering teams. Operating with the analytical rigor of a top-tier management consultant or tech BizOps leader, you will partner directly with technical leadership to build 0-to-1 operational processes and ensure world-class delivery of AI solutions.
Key responsibilities include: acting as the operational counterpart to technical leads on complex, highest-value engagements; owning end-to-end execution of massive enterprise AI deployments across multiple concurrent workstreams; optimizing agile technical delivery ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming) to ensure engineering execution maps to commercial objectives; serving as a trusted advisor to VP and C-Suite client stakeholders with data-driven insights on engagement progress and ROI; structuring highly ambiguous client problems into clear, actionable delivery frameworks; building rigorous, assumption-driven business cases to drive executive decision-making; and mentoring other Enterprise Solutions Managers to foster a culture of operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of high-rigor analytical and operational leadership experience from top-tier management consulting (MBB Engagement Manager, Big 4 Manager/Senior Manager) or high-growth tech environments (Senior BizOps, Strategy & Operations, Strategic Delivery). You must have strong executive presence, proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, and demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and building high-performing delivery teams. Experience with zero-to-one process design, quantitative problem-solving, and technical project management in enterprise environments is essential.
