Amigo is building clinical AI infrastructure that health systems, life sciences companies, payors, and government agencies use to run patient-facing care. The platform powers AI agents across the entire patient journey—pre-visit intake, care navigation, post-visit care plans, and ongoing monitoring—with the goal of making excellent care accessible to every patient rather than rationed by clinician time. Unlike point-solution chatbots or scribes, Amigo is a platform that customers use to build their own agents, requiring work that holds up across specialties, workflows, and regulatory environments. The company has supported over 4 million patient encounters and is on track to grow tenfold this year, backed by Tier 1 VCs including Madrona, General Catalyst, and Optum Ventures. The team is approximately 35 people, working in-person in New York City and San Francisco.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will sit inside the enterprise sales motion working alongside senior sellers on the largest opportunities. You will own top-of-funnel activities into named enterprise accounts, including building account maps, running multi-threaded outreach, and keeping deals moving between calls. As you grow into the role, you will take on your own discovery calls and start owning stages of the sales cycle, learning by working next to people who have closed these deals before.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating top-of-funnel pipeline through daily outbound into named enterprise accounts
- Building and maintaining account maps (org charts, buying committees, decision-makers, blockers)
- Partnering with senior account executives on live enterprise deals, handling research, pre-call prep, follow-ups, and next-step chasing
- Running your own discovery calls and taking ownership of sales cycle stages as you develop
- Identifying opportunities outside named accounts and bringing real opportunities to the team
- Maintaining clean CRM data so any team member can pick up a deal
- Traveling for onsites, conferences, or executive meetings as needed
- Providing market signal on what's landing, what's dying, and what the market is telling the company
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a top performer on an SDR or BDR team with real pipeline generated, not just activity metrics
- Comfortable and consistent on the phone; you initiate calls without being asked
- Fluent in the sales stack (CRM, sequencer, data and enrichment tools, LinkedIn) and able to learn new tools independently
- Multi-channel outreach capability: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels where buyers are active
- High bias to action; you send emails, make calls, and make asks rather than getting stuck in analysis
- Low ego and coachable; you hold strong opinions but take direction well from senior sellers with better deal reads
- Clear, direct writing ability
Nice to have:
- Health tech, payer, provider, or digital health experience with understanding of health system buying cycles and security reviews
- Exposure to enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals, even from an SDR perspective
