LTSE (Long-Term Stock Exchange) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to lead and shape the company's enterprise risk management program. As an SEC-registered national securities exchange, LTSE operates in a highly regulated environment and needs an experienced risk professional to help ensure sound decision-making, responsible growth, and organizational resilience. In this role, you will own significant components of LTSE's ERM program, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, governance, documentation, and reporting. You will plan and facilitate enterprise and functional risk assessments, bringing together quantitative and qualitative data to identify priorities and recommend action. You'll maintain the enterprise risk register, monitor key risk indicators and emerging threats, and ensure material concerns are surfaced promptly to leadership. You will partner across trading, compliance, legal, finance, technology, operations, and other functions to embed effective risk practices into day-to-day decisions. You'll develop and improve risk policies, frameworks, and tools to keep them practical and responsive to LTSE's evolving needs. This includes designing scenario analyses, stress tests, and control evaluations; preparing clear risk reporting for senior leaders and governance forums; and serving as a trusted advisor on cross-functional projects and business changes. You will also lead workstreams for regulatory examinations and audits, own the third-party vendor management review process, and identify opportunities to improve or automate risk processes and reporting. Required: deep knowledge of ERM frameworks and methods; experience independently planning and leading complex risk work; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations; confidence to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication; sound judgment and attention to detail; experience in enterprise, operational, compliance, technology, or financial risk management, ideally in financial services, regulated organizations, exchanges, broker-dealers, fintech, or market infrastructure.
