Conga is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for Professional Services to lead end-to-end implementation of Conga's commercial operations solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role blends deep project management expertise with modern AI tools to accelerate delivery, enhance documentation quality, and drive measurable customer outcomes.
You will own full lifecycle delivery for 2–4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations, from scoping through go-live and hypercare. Key responsibilities include defining and managing project artifacts (charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, risk registers, delivery roadmaps), leading executive kick-offs and steering committee updates, and proactively identifying risks and delivery blockers. You will manage implementation budgets typically ranging from €200K–€2M, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and ensuring alignment with revenue recognition.
You will partner on Statements of Work and Change Orders, deliver executive reporting through RAG status and dashboards, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within active engagements. The role leverages AI tools to develop requirements documentation, functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will drive test strategy including UAT planning, test case development, and defect management, utilizing AI and analytics to assess coverage and improve quality outcomes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for VP and C-level stakeholders, partner on change management strategies including training and adoption tracking, and lead and mentor cross-functional project teams of 3–8 members. You will contribute to the evolution of Conga's Professional Services methodology, including AI-enabled delivery playbooks and best practices.
Required qualifications: 7+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services; demonstrated success leading complex implementations (€500K+) with integrations and organizational change; strong expertise in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, RocketLane, MS Project); exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience facilitating requirements workshops and UAT cycles; working knowledge of SaaS integration patterns and iPaaS solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato); Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
