Clutch is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end success of credit union onboarding implementations. This is a builder's role requiring high autonomy to define structure and process where it doesn't yet exist. You'll operate consultatively, diagnosing customer needs and prescribing the right path forward with confidence.
You will drive the full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of onboarding projects, including developing project plans, running status reporting cadences with executive sponsors, and proactively identifying and mitigating implementation risk. You'll partner closely with Implementation Engineers and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into executable plans and hold work streams accountable.
Within your first month, you'll ramp into Clutch's implementation methodology and credit union/banking domain, begin managing initial engagements, establish rapport with customer stakeholders, and get oriented on your full portfolio. By month three, you'll drive onboarding across your full customer portfolio, develop detailed project plans with clear accountability, produce weekly status reporting, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and build trust-based relationships. By month six, you'll execute implementation projects at the executive level, manage scope and change orders, develop deep domain expertise as a thought leader, mentor project team members, and contribute to scaling team methodologies.
You bring 5+ years in engagement management, professional services, or implementation project management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or fintech. You have a consultative background diagnosing underlying business problems and prescribing pragmatic solutions. You possess strong product instincts and genuine curiosity to develop depth on the Clutch platform. You've independently owned full implementation lifecycles, making tradeoff and sequencing decisions yourself. You're energized by creating structure and process from scratch, comfortable operating with significant autonomy, and skilled at holding cross-functional partners accountable without formal authority. You have executive-level stakeholder management experience, hands-on enterprise software implementation knowledge across waterfall and agile methodologies, and sound judgment on risk and scope. You view AI as a working tool to sharpen your process and execution.
The company offers remote flexibility, twice-yearly off-sites, flexible PTO, stock options, and home office setup support.
