Datadog's Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement team is seeking a Senior Enablement Program Manager to design and execute complex, high-visibility enablement programs that drive lasting change across the global post-sales organization—including Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering. In this role, you'll own end-to-end strategy and execution for multi-quarter, global enablement initiatives, managing multiple concurrent workstreams across regions and functions with significant autonomy. You'll lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across Strategy & Operations, Product, TS Leadership, and People—negotiating scope, aligning priorities, and driving accountability without positional authority. Key responsibilities include translating business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter program roadmaps; designing and implementing comprehensive metrics frameworks to measure adoption and effectiveness; pulling and analyzing Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs; and building executive-ready materials that tell compelling business stories. You'll conduct ongoing needs assessments and stakeholder interviews across TS regions, synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback, and design tools, resources, and training frameworks to support workflow changes at scale. You'll partner closely with Global Support Engineering leadership to design ramp and enablement programs accounting for specialist vs. generalist skill development, mentor junior enablement program managers on the team, and identify AI-powered workflows and automations to increase efficiency and scalability of enablement delivery. Required: Bachelor's degree plus 6–8 years in enablement, program management, change management, or related field (or Master's with 4+ years). Proven track record leading complex, high-visibility programs independently. Expert stakeholder management and influence without authority. Deeply data-driven with strong Salesforce and LMS expertise. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. PROSCI/ADKAR certification or equivalent required. Deep understanding of technical support functions. Proficiency with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Docebo. Active use of AI tools (Claude, agentic workflows) to streamline operations. Bonus: Prior support engineering or specialist support experience; expertise in instructional design (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) and adult learning theory; experience scaling enablement in high-growth environments.
