Datadog's Technical Solutions Enablement team is seeking a Senior Enablement Program Manager to design and execute complex, high-visibility enablement programs for the global post-sales organization, with a focus on Sales Engineering. You will own end-to-end strategy and execution for multi-quarter, multi-region programs, operating with significant autonomy and serving as a senior voice within the Enablement leadership team.
Key responsibilities include: designing and managing complex global enablement programs across multiple concurrent workstreams; leading cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across Strategy & Operations, Product, TS Leadership, and People without positional authority; translating business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter roadmaps with clear communication to leadership; building comprehensive metrics frameworks to measure adoption and effectiveness using Salesforce and LMS data; creating executive-ready materials that translate complex data into compelling business narratives; conducting ongoing needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform strategy; designing tools, resources, and training frameworks to support workflow changes at scale; partnering with Sales Engineering leadership on ramp and enablement programs; mentoring junior enablement program managers; identifying and implementing AI-powered workflows and automations; and maintaining deep understanding of regional needs and functional priorities.
You bring 6–8 years of experience in enablement, program management, or change management (or Master's degree with 4+ years). You have a proven track record leading complex, high-visibility programs independently; expert stakeholder management skills; strong data analysis capabilities with Salesforce and LMS expertise; exceptional presentation and communication abilities; expert-level change management and organizational development knowledge with PROSCI/ADKAR certification required; deep understanding of Technical Solutions functions; proficiency with program management tools (Asana, Jira) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Slack, Docebo); and active use of AI tools to streamline operations.
Bonus experience includes sales engineering background, instructional design expertise (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick), and experience building or scaling enablement programs. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing office culture while supporting work-life harmony.
