As Senior Domain Operations Lead for Business Applications & Ecosystem, you will be the operational backbone of a large, fast-moving domain undergoing major platform modernization. You'll partner closely with the Domain Head to translate strategy into predictable, well-executed delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting quarterly and annual planning processes and maintaining clear roadmaps from conception to delivery
- Identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies before they cause delays
- Driving the domain's transition to AI-native ways of working across planning, building, and operations
- Championing consistent, well-run delivery practices across domain teams, including major platform modernization
- Owning key metrics and dashboards that track domain performance and flag emerging trends early
- Supporting capacity and budget planning, including vendor management
- Maintaining clear logs of risks and issues, driving them to mitigation and resolution
- Preparing business-focused updates for senior leadership
- Running the domain's leadership meeting cadence with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-through
- Leading efficiency initiatives across the organization and sharing best practices with other operations leads
You'll work across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 years of program and/or project management experience
- Proven experience leading large, cross-company programs (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex tech environments)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building dedicated AI tools and workflows to create operational efficiency
- Ability to coordinate multiple domains and drive alignment across business units
- Experience with Agile, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent communication and executive-level reporting and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field
