Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into a real-time 3D command and control center. Anduril brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military applications.
The Global Defense (GD) team is responsible for establishing and expanding Anduril's international business, developing products and technology that address security challenges faced by America's allies and partners. Team members serve as bridges between international customers and Anduril's broader enterprise, translating partner-nation requirements back to Business Lines while acting as Anduril's ambassadors abroad.
As Senior Director, Taiwan Business Development, you will be Anduril's senior leader for the Taiwan market, owning the Taiwan business end-to-end from customer relationships and capture to partnerships and delivery coordination. You will act as the in-market head for Anduril's work in Taiwan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and executing Anduril's Taiwan growth strategy, owning pipeline, revenue targets, and long-term growth plans in partnership with INDOPACOM leadership
- Serving as Anduril's senior representative to the Ministry of National Defense, armed services, and relevant agencies, positioning Anduril early on priority requirements
- Navigating FMS (Foreign Military Sales) and direct commercial sales pathways, working with Trade Compliance, Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure, and US government stakeholders (AIT, DSCA) to structure and advance opportunities
- Developing teaming and industrial partnerships with Taiwan industry to support local production, sustainment, and resilience
- Translating Taiwan's operational requirements back to Business Lines and engineering, ensuring delivery teams have necessary context
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of industry, government, or military experience, including senior business development or program leadership in the Taiwan defense market
- Deep knowledge of Taiwan defense acquisition and the US-Taiwan FMS and DCS process
- Established senior network across Taiwan's defense establishment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Ability to travel 30-40%
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience leading or building an in-market team
- Experience with complex systems involving hardware and software
- Familiarity with enterprise AI and autonomous systems
- Comfort setting and achieving goals in complex, ambiguous environments
- STEM degree
