Kestra Medical, founded in 2014, is a medical device company specializing in wearable cardiac technologies that combine modern wearable design with proven device therapies. The company is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead tactical and strategic supply chain activities for equipment supporting lifesaving medical devices.
In this role, you will provide executive-level leadership across all supply chain operations, managing P&L responsibility and overseeing a team of supply chain, planning, and distribution professionals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies that support accelerated growth while maintaining product quality, predictability, reliability, and responsiveness. You will collaborate with outsourced manufacturing partners, suppliers, and logistics providers to optimize global operations, ensure accurate planning processes, and mitigate manufacturing constraints.
You will actively engage with the leadership team to identify and mitigate risks, monitor resource allocations, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. The role requires building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships while working cross-functionally with peers to execute integrated strategies.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, logistics, supply chain, or healthcare-related field, plus a minimum of 15 years of direct experience in regulated, technical, or medical device manufacturing environments. You must demonstrate a track record of leading high-performing teams, building collaborative cross-functional relationships, and possessing outstanding communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, experience managing global supply chains (including logistics, export compliance, and vendor management), and startup environment experience. This is an in-office position in Kirkland, WA, with extended hours expected when needed.
