Salary: USD 225,000 - 300,000 / annual

You will serve as Senior Director of Strategic Finance, playing a central role in defining the company's financial plan and providing financial and operational decision support to cross-functional partners. This is a high-visibility executive role requiring you to scale and improve corporate finance functions, drive financial planning processes, and develop strategic analyses on key business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new processes and improving financial controls to ensure business health and stability as the company scales
- Owning and driving financial planning and budgeting processes, playing a critical role in resource allocation and guiding company growth trajectory
- Developing and monitoring critical financial performance metrics; driving key corporate reporting to the Board and Executive Team (KPI tracking, performance to plan, budget variance analysis)
- Contributing to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools (NetSuite, Pigment, etc.)
- Driving high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, delivering business analytics and insights on unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, and new opportunities
- Applying data-driven analytical approaches to influence decision-making and support leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives
This is a fast-paced, analytically rigorous, mission-driven environment where you will solve complex challenges at a rapidly-scaling startup with high visibility across the executive team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance, preferably including 3+ years at publicly traded companies or late-stage pre-IPO companies
- Prior experience in investment banking and/or private equity/growth equity is a plus
- Best-in-class Excel skills with extensive experience developing insightful financial models and quantitative analyses
- Strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
- Prior experience building and leading finance teams
- Proven track record of identifying and deploying AI tools in finance workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Expert-level proficiency in enterprise financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan)
- Motivated self-starter with proven success juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Deep understanding of valuation methods and strong working knowledge of GAAP
