Salary: USD 202,400 - 290,950 / annual

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Director of Sales and Revenue Operations to lead and scale revenue operations across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and driving performance of the go-to-market (GTM) operating system, encompassing data/insights, processes, and technology. The Senior Director will oversee a team spanning Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and channel operations, reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute Revenue Operations strategy to support and optimize performance of customer-facing teams including Employer Sales, Customer Success, Health Plan Sales, and Partnerships. Lead annual roadmap planning and strategic initiatives to scale operations in alignment with company objectives. **Sales Force and GTM Optimization:** Direct organizational strategies for sales force productivity including quota management, pipeline management, process optimization, and design/administration of sales compensation plans. Develop robust forecasting and pipeline management methodologies to influence decision-making. **Process Excellence:** Architect a growth-oriented roadmap for process improvement with system and tool enhancements that provide data-driven insights to advance productivity metrics across the B2B2C customer journey. Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Collaboration and Influence:** Build and maintain influential relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Partner closely with senior leadership to enhance sales processes and facilitate successful rollouts of new initiatives. **Compensation Strategy Management:** Guide effective sales compensation strategies in collaboration with People Operations and Finance, managing the annual sales compensation cycle, compensation committee, and governance. **Cross-functional Integration:** Lead Omada's Commercial roadmap planning, ensuring forecasting and budgeting efforts are harmoniously integrated with broader company processes, driving alignment across departments. **AI Transformation:** Partner cross-functionally to support AI transformation across commercial operations. **People Leadership:** Lead, coach, and develop a Revenue Operations team and culture aligned with Omada values. Serve as a member of the Commercial Operations senior leadership team. Omada has served more than two million members across 2,000+ employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and health systems. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred - 12-15 years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or finance, with focus on optimizing revenue generation activities, preferably in health tech - Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and delivering actionable reporting and analytics - Proficient in Salesforce products and various sales productivity tools; adept at leveraging technology to enhance sales force efficiency - Demonstrated leadership capabilities with proven track record of building high-performing teams and establishing culture of accountability and excellence - Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams - Strategic thinker with strong ability to derive insights from diverse data sources and operational feedback to inform strategic decisions - Demonstrated ability to harness curiosity to identify and drive innovative solutions and strategic insights, proactively seeking new opportunities and challenges - Hands-on management style, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving organization toward ambitious goals **Bonus qualifications:** - Experience preparing and scaling a company towards an IPO - Experience working in complex B2B2C GTM - Customer-centric mindset with hands-on sales experience
